Open your order status
Find your BLANKZ order-confirmation email and select the link to view your order. The order-status page shows the latest information available for that order.
Follow a shipment
When tracking is added, use the carrier link on your order-status page or shipping-confirmation email. Tracking updates come from the carrier, and a new tracking number may not show a scan immediately.
Can’t find the email?
Check your spam folder and confirm which email address you used at checkout. If you still need help, email hello@theblankz.com with your order number, if available, and the email address used for the order.
