Include the product name, the size you are considering and your question. For sizing help, measurements from a similar piece you already wear can be useful.

About an existing order

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For an issue with an item, attach clear photos of the item and its label where relevant. Please do not send full payment card details or account passwords.

Returns and exchanges

Contact us before sending an item back. The address printed on a shipping label may not be the correct return destination; wait for the return instructions for your order.
