Regular fit with a straight leg and an elastic waistband. Sizes 130–170 are garment size labels, not ages. The chart lists the waistband laid flat and relaxed; no stretched-waist range is provided. Compare the measurements with a similar garment you already own, laid flat without stretching. Waist and hip values are garment widths, not body circumferences.

- Waist width: measure across the relaxed waistband, edge to edge, without stretching.
- Hip width: measure across the widest part of the hips.
